Vibration affects us: move the energy

If you can start doing simple things to learn how to feel and recognize those vibrations then you can start to say, “You know what? I’m feeling off today,” and start to do something to make a change. If I’m feeling stuck I just do something to change the energy flow. As soon as the energy starts flowing I’m no longer feeling stuck because if the energy is not stuck, I can’t feel emotionally stuck. That’s why people feel the urge to go for hardcore workouts, because they feel the need to move the energy, but what often happens with that is that they are exerting a lot of energy to move the energy and that depletes them. If you are sweating a lot and pushing yourself then you are using more energy than you need and ultimately you are making a withdrawal from your bank account rather than a deposit. You can still go for a nice hike, but pay more attention to your body and do it more consciously and work with the energy flow to see if you can notice when you’re pushing yourself too hard and utilizing extra energy in your adrenal glands that you don’t want to waste. Or now you’re starting to feel depleted, so take the energy from the earth and walk with the energy of the earth. Let the earth push your legs forward. All of a sudden it’s so much easier to move because you’re not even doing it. It’s like to earth is pushing you forward. Or sit against a tree to recharge.
