"Karen is a gifted and patient instructor whose love and dedication to Qi Gong and Tai Chi is an inspiration. Perhaps because she truly lives by the principles and theory she teaches, I find it so easy to understand what she is sharing and apply in daily life as well as in training.  Karen's classes are fun and uplifting, and no matter how many students are in the class, she makes you feel like you're the only person in the room."
