Most of us didn't see ourselves "getting older" and actually aging, until something “bad” happens and we’re facing a crisis that demands our full attention: someone we love gets a life-threatening diagnosis or our children are really sick. Then we realize that we are maxed out and it doesn’t feel like we have the energy or strength to take care of ourselves and the people we love. Knowledge is power, and for a lot of women, reversing aging, reclaiming our energy and feeling "in control" of our lives can be accomplished by knowing--and doing--the "right things" for just a few minutes a day.
